As the first buyer in the supply chain, it plays a key role: it undertakes to guarantee a fair price, to contribute to the development fund and to respect forecast purchase volumes.
The Fair Trade Partner can also support his supplier through technical assistance, to strengthen his skills and sustainability.
It is the Fair Trade Partner who markets the ingredients under the Fair for Life label, ensuring a sustainable and responsible partnership.
