"Lökki is an engaged and alternative brewery that brews green tea and ferments it to turn it into kombucha. After bottling this living and sparkling drink is embellished with pressed organic juices and / or infusions which makes its taste really delicious.
Tired of artificial sodas that are too sweet and full of additives, Sebastian and Nina (a young couple in their thirties), imagine finally being able to sip Kombucha on the terrace of their favorite cafés and restaurants. They also dream to tell the greatest number about this healthy and alternative drink. They decided to create a micro-brewery in the south of France and hand make a product that looks like them.
For Nina and Sebastian, using 100% organic raw material is not enough because they also want to ensure the respect of the balance in North / South relations concerning the two main raw materials of kombucha: tea and sugar. That's why they have selected fair chains of small producers, to help these cooperatives develop in a sustainable way.
According to the founders of Lökki, any economic activity has an impact on the environment and human beings. It is therefore up to leaders to ensure that this impact is as neutral as possible and to see that the company generates more positive externalities. This is the foundation of Lökki, which has thought all its processes, products and positioning towards this way of thinking. That's why they chose to work with Ecocert Environnement to be audited and challenged annually "Fair For Life".
Lökki c’est une brasserie engagée et alternative qui brasse du thé vert et qui le fait fermenter pour le transformer en kombucha. A l’embouteillage cette boisson vivante et pétillante est agrémentée avec des jus bio pressés et/ou des infusions ce qui rend son goût vraiment délicieux.
Fatigués des sodas artificiels trop sucrés et plein d’additifs, Sebastian et Nina, jeune couple trentenaire, s’imaginent enfin pouvoir siroter du Kombucha à la terrasse de leurs cafés et restaurants préférés. Ils rêvent aussi de faire découvrir au plus grand nombre cette boisson saine et alternative. Ils décident alors de créer une micro-brasserie artisanale dans le sud de la France et de produire de leurs mains un produit qui leur ressemble.
Pour Nina et Sebastian, s’approvisionner 100% en agriculture biologique n’est pas suffisant car ils veulent aussi s’assurer du respect de l’équilibre dans les relations Nord/Sud concernant les deux matières premières principales du kombucha : le thé et le sucre. C’est pour cela qu’ils ont sélectionné des filières équitables de petits producteurs, pour aider ces coopératives d’artisans à se développer de manière durable.
Selon les fondateurs de l’entreprise Lökki, toute activité économique a un impact sur l’environnement et l’être humain. Il appartient donc aux dirigeants de faire en sorte que cet impact soit le plus neutre possible, voire que l’entreprise génère plus d’externalités positives. Ce constat est le fondement de l’entreprise Lökki, qui a pensé tous ses process, produits et positionnement en ce sens. C’est pour cela qu’il ont choisi de travailler avec Ecocert Environnement pour être audité et challengé annuellement « Fair For Life ».
