| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | EN/FR TRADE MARKS is a young company based in the capital Betsimisaraka. It works mainly in the purchase and packaging of vanilla pods. Following the evolution of the market, the company wishes this year to adhere to the requirements of FFL. The pods are purchased from FLO-certified production operator who work with small, geographically isolated producers (Antalaha). Once in Tamatave, the vanilla pods are packaged in a pleasant setting by employees who are recruited locally. The company frames its efforts with respect for the environment (recycling and waste management) and with a sustainable development approach. This is in order to improve the quality of life of employees and all those who come into contact with the company, but also of the community. La société TRADE MARKS est une jeune société basée dans la capitale Betsimisaraka. Elle oeuvre principalement dans l'achat et le conditionnement de gousses de vanille. Suite à l'évolution du marché, la société souhaite cette année adhérer aux exigences de FLO. Les gousses sont achetées auprès d'opérateur de production certifiés FFL qui travaille avec des petits producteurs isolés géographiquement (Antalaha). Une fois sur Tamatave, les gousses de vanille sont conditionnées dans un cadre agréable par des employés qui sont recrutés localement. La société cadre ses efforts dans le respect de l’environnement (recyclage et gestion des déchets) et dans une démarche de développement durable. Ceci étant afin d’améliorer la qualité de vie des collaborateurs et de toutes les personnes qui entrent en contact avec l’entreprise, mais aussi de la communauté. | ||||
