| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | EN/FR Since 1992, AeL Création has been designing and distributing essential oils, hydrosols (floral waters), organic vegetable oils for nearly 75%. From the start, AeL has been committed to respecting nature and people. This is why the company supplies as much as possible from short or direct sources (2/3 of its HE), which guarantees the specific quality of its products and the consistency of its activity. However, this fair trade approach which has animated the company since its origins had not really been formalized. With a view to continuous improvement, AeL Création commits to the FFL certification, that it intends to rapidly expand to a maximum of its products. Beyond that, it also wishes to formalize its internal CSR approach to unify individual or spontaneous approaches and give them more strength. Depuis 1992, AeL Création conçoit et distribue des huiles essentielles, des hydrolats (eaux florales), des huiles végétales bio pour près de 75%. AeL s'attache depuis l'origine à respecter la nature et les hommes. C'est pourquoi, l'entreprise s'approvisionne le plus possible auprès de filières courtes ou directes (les 2/3 des ses HE), ce qui garantit la qualité spécifique de ses produits et la cohérence de son activité. Pour autant cette démarche équitable qui l'anime depuis ses origines, n'avait pas été réellement formalisée. C'est dans un soucis d'amélioration continue que AeL Création s'engage dans la certification FFL qu'elle entend bien élargir rapidement à un maximum de ses produits. Au-delà, elle souhaite aussi formaliser sa démarche RSE en interne pour unifier les démarches individuelles ou spontanées et leur donner plus de force. | ||||
