Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | We specialize in premium quality rooibos, under various certifications i.e Organic EU/NOP, Organic JAS,KOREAN Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, Fair for Life, Kosher&Halaal. We adhere to the prescribed S.A Labor and Environmental Laws, thus ensure we promote fair labour practices in terms of our workforce as well as the environment. We believe in long term relationships with Producers and paying market-related prices for the tea .Through our various CSR/Fairtrade certifications we endeavour to empower the whole supply chain (we pay pension and social security benefits to our workers and premiums to the Fairtrade producers’ workers). In addition to providing a safe workplace to our workers, we also provide them with skills to empower them to compete in the workforce market. We have regular communications with FFL Producers&Buyers on feedback towards the premiums paid to workers. | |||||||
