The main objective of the Union is the socio-economic promotion of women and girls through the production, processing and marketing of non-wood agricultural and forestry products. The main activity of the union is the collection, processing and processing of shea kernels. L'Union des Groupements Féminins Ce Dwane Nyee est une organisation Féminine, elle est créée depuis 1978 et a été officiellement reconnue en 1991 en tant qu'association et devenue union en 2000, L'union compte environ 6914 membres repartis dans 64 groupements/Coopératives.
