| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | Currently Limones Monica has managed to integrate in its team people interested and committed in developing and learning new topics. The fact that the economically active population is between 18 and 30 years, makes the interest in new working methods and possibilities for change more progressive than in past years. Limones Monica has a development approach as a whole and thanks to the For Life standard, they can organize the workplan to achieve their goals. They are able to measure the development of their staff and influence their personal development, that everyone has better opportunities for development and better employment opportunities. Limones Monica wants to be the example that commercial, social and environmental objectives can subsist and be achieved jointly, without causing a negative impact and leaving a footprint of teamwork. In the first instance, it is expected to achieve this with internal agents and expand their impact in the community to which they belong, as well as to invite the producers to these same trainings to promote their personal and profesional development as well as primary education. For LM, the community is an important factor, since Martínez de la Torre is their main development scene and they are aware that the work is just beginning, because their goals are now aimed at supporting more than just one actor in society, to all those who comprise it, children, youth, adults, seniors and our neighbors of the ANGELES DEL MUNDO AC foundation. | ||||
