Leeuwenkuil is a family business with a strong focus on family values. This means that they consider everyone they work with a part of the Leeuwenkuil family – be they owners, managers, or employees. This is reflected in everything they do and is evident in their interaction with clients, whom they humbly welcome as part of their extended family.
Leeuwenkuil is built on a solid foundation of integrity and transparency, enabling them to build lasting relationships with all their clients. They believe it important to ensure that all dealings are always mutually beneficial. In keeping a close eye on market developments, they strive to match the quality that they produce with the style their clients want and deserve.
They have encouraged producers over the last four years to implement Fair for Life and to be certified with the goal if Fair for Life wine is sold the premiums paid back to employees on farms will better their lives and create improvement in their communities. They support their producers with the implementation of systems to be sustainable on the environmental and ethical side. Certified farms have Premium Committees to help with premium development plans, communication, and administration of the premium money.
