| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | Although Santa Berta always has the community and their workers in mind, with fair salaries and working conditions, this is not a general practice in the region. In fact they are the first vineyard of the valley of Itata with this certification. Therefore it could be a powerful impact for the other producing companies and also for smaller grape producers in the valley. They can show that it is not sufficient nowadays to only fulfill the legal regulations and that the major resources of an agricultural company are their workers. | ||||
