Impact, special achievements & commitmentsAO Madagascar is determined to decrease the environmental impact of the operation. They have installed solar panels and produce now their own electricity. This has allowed them to only use their fuel generator as a back-up. They are currently saving more than 2000 L. of fuel every month. The families living in Bejofo all receive free solar energy and they have also supplied LED bulbs to all of them.
