Phalada was built with a vision of providing end to end solutions for organic agriculture while being fair and transparent with all the stake holders in this cycle, including their small holding farmers, customers, employees and the environment. They take pride in being able to provide end-to-end solutions for organic agriculture in India and are involved in each stage of the supply chain, from production of compost to the export of processed herbs, spices and food commodities as per customer’s requirement of FFL product, crop growing area (zone) and suitable/interested farmers in following the FFL principle, are selected and enrolled for FFL certification. The committees of farmer groups decide fair trade activities on need basis in keeping with FFL Standard. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the farmers/workers/community are really the beneficiaries of the premium fund.
