This Body administers and decides on Fair Trade premium usage. This is the Central Joint Body's main function. All previously disadvantaged workers that work within Stellar Winery Multi-Estate, through Stellar Empowerment Trust, hold a 44.7% share in Stellar Winery (Pty) Ltd. The producer/owner of the estate is compensated with prices higher than market related prices paid in the area. The cellar and producer decide on a right price to compensate both parties and then signs of the prices for the grapes of the year.
