| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | Romina plc.is mainly working on exporting organic coffee from its out-growers farm since 2020. Currently we have established good structure and working activities in implementing fairness for life by identifying disadvantaged farmers and workers found in society. Fair pricing has maintained through paying higher wages and buying quality coffee with higher price; establishing conducive working environment for workers, creating job opportunity for their economic empowerment is one of our major focus. Development work has started by identifying needy areas for schooling and now a days we are constructed 2 primary school, rehabilitation of rural drinking water is underway and in collaboration with concerned government body to maintaince rural off roads. Traceability is our Moto which always trigger us for fairness and sustainable supply. | ||||
