Its processing unit is located in the Ambitsika fokontany in Mananara Nord. The company specializes in the production, processing and export of organic, FFL and RA products. It works with small producers located in the Mananara-Nord district, a landlocked region that is difficult to access. Malagasy spices employs around forty people and up to (100) seasonal workers, depending on campaigns and orders. The company's aim is to guarantee good working conditions for its workers and producers, while reducing the environmental impact within its means. La Société Malagasy Spices qui travaille avec les producteur de Vanille biologique dans le district de Mananara nord, elle achete directement au niveau des producteurs avec prix toujours superieur par rapprot au prix du marché, son uinité de préparation se trouve dans le fokontany Ambitsika à Mananara nord. La société est spécialisée dans la production, la transformation et exportation des produits biologiques, FFL, RA. Elle collabore avec une les petits producteurs situés dans le district de Mananara-Nord, région enclavée, difficile d’accès. Malagasy spices emploie une quarantaine de personnes et jusqu’ à (100) saisonniers en fonction des campagnes et des commandes.
