| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | EN/FR The Baomanegré Regional Union of Actresses of Shea Products of Center-West Burkina Faso was created in 2014 and officially recognized in 2015. Its main activities are the collection and production of almonds and shea butter, with complementary income-generating activities for its members, training and environmental preservation activities. The Union currently has 1,814 members spread over 35 groups in 24 villages. Through this project it plans to certify 3000 tons of shea almonds and 200 tons of shea butter. Development funds from fair trade activities are used for certification, for environmental and social activities. For the coming campaigns, it plans to produce moringa and organic sesame in certain plots where the shea trees are located. L'Union Régionale Baomanegré des Actrices des Produits du Karité du Centre-Ouest du Burkina Faso a été créée en 2014 et officiellement reconnue en 2015. Ses principales activités sont la collecte et la production des amandes et du beurre de karité, avec comme activités complémentaires celles génératrices de revenues pour ses membres, la formation et les activités de préservation de l'environnement. l'Union compte actuellement 1814 membres répartis dans 35 groupements de 24 villages. A travers le présent projet elle prévoit de certifier 3000 Tonnes d'amandes de karité et 200 tonnes de beurre de karité.Le fonds de développement issu des activités équitables est utilisé pour la certification, pour les activités environnementales et sociales. Pour les campagnes à venir, elle prévoit la production du moringa et du sésame Biologique dans certaines parcelles abritant les arbres à karité. | ||||
