Founded in January 4, 1992, the Federation of Associations for the Development of Women in the Southwest (FADEFSO) in Dano, FADEFSO is a women organization which works for the economic and social development of Women. It is made up of four (4) poles and 30 sections distributed in the four southwestern provinces of IOBA / Dano; BOUGOURIBA / Diébougou; PONI / Gaoua; NOUMBIEL / Batié and two (2) communes of TUY (Founzan and koti). Faced with the high precariousness of its members' resources since 2010, FADEFSO has engaged in the sustainable sector alongside its commercial partner OLVEA mainly for the collection of shea almonds and sesame production. In constant quest for improvement, FADEFSO is committed today to Fair Trade certification allowing it to guarantee attractive prices for its members and perpetuate its commercial relationships, and also to bring about the daily improvement of all its players.

Créée le 4 janvier 1992 la Fédération des Associations pour le Développement et l’Epanouissement de la Femme du Sud-Ouest (FADEFSO) a Dano, la FADEFSO est une organisation féminine qui œuvre pour le développement économique et social de la Femme. Elle comporte quatre (4) pôles et 30 sections reparties dans les quatre provinces du Sud-Ouest que sont le IOBA/Dano ; la BOUGOURIBA/Diébougou ; le PONI/Gaoua ; le NOUMBIEL/Batié et deux (2) communes du TUY (Founzan et koti). Face à la forte précarité des ressources de ses membres depuis 2010 La FADEFSO s’est engagée dans la filière durable aux côtés de son partenaire commercial OLVEA principalement pour la collecte d'amande de karité et la production de sésame. En quête constante de perfectionnement la FADEFSO s'engage aujourd'hui pour une Certification équitable lui permettant de garantir des prix attractifs pour ses membres et pérenniser ses relations commerciales, et également apporter de l'amélioration au quotidien de tout ses acteurs.
