EZISAF is a company involved in the production, collection and export of Organic and Fair Trade tiger nuts. Since its official creation in 2015, the company has set itself the ambition of offering an alternative to the rural world, particularly to agricultural actors by organizing them at the base, supporting them (technically, input supply) and their offering outlets for the flow of their agricultural products “fruits of their labor. To achieve its objectives, EZISAF is part of a CSR approach. By offering a development model centered on the reality of rural society, respecting local knowledge and promoting fair compensation for the fruits of the activities carried out. Also, the management of EZISAF, as part of its CSR policy, integrates in its daily management and in its interactions with various actors, the social, economic and environmental aspects.
EZISAF est une entreprise qui intervient dans la production la collecte et l'exportation du souchet Biologique et Equitable. Dès sa création officielle en 2015, l’entreprise s’est donnée pour ambition de proposer une alternative au monde rurale notamment aux acteurs agricoles en les organisant à la base, en les appuyant (techniquement, apport en intrants) et leurs offrants des débouchés pour l’écoulement de leurs produits agricoles “fruits de leur labeur. Pour atteindre ses objectifs, EZISAF s’est inscrite dans une démarche RSE. En offrant un modèle de développement centré sur la réalité de la société rural en respectant le savoir local et en favorisant une juste réparation des fruits des activités réalisées. Aussi, le management de EZISAF, dans le cadre de sa politique RSE, intègre dans sa gestion quotidienne et dans ses interactions avec différents acteurs, les aspects sociaux, économiques et environnementaux. |
