| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | Compte tenu de la faiblesse de la transformation locale qui n’est de surcroît qu’artisanal et de l’absence d’industrialisation dans la transformation des fruits et légumes l'entreprise COMAFRUITS s'est rendue compte d’un domaine d’investissement opportun et a investi 2 551 282 000 de franc cfa. L’entreprise COMAFRUITS a pour objectif la production, la transformation, l’exportation et la commercialisation des fruits et légumes du Mali . L’installation transformera principalement des mangues, des grenades, des fruits de la passion, de la goyave et des tomates en purées aseptiques, Ces produits seront en destination à plus de 80 % du marché industriel européen. La commercialisation des produits sera assurée par l’équipe commerciale de COMAFRUITS France sur le marché international pour faciliter la pénétration de notre entreprise sur le marché international. COMAFRUITS a pour objectif de produire cette année 5000 tonnes de purée de mangue aseptique avec un rendement entre 50 et 80% en fonction des variétés et de la qualité des fruits. Ce qui représente un chiffre d'affaire de 1 milliard annuellement. La mangue malienne avec ses qualités organoleptiques peut bénéficier du label qualité supérieur Biologique du fait de la faiblesse des traitements phytosanitaires qui dans ce cas est un avantage. Mais le Mali étant un pays dit enclavé n’ayant pas de littoral à proximité, la production industriel souffre de frais d’approche et de coûts énergétiques élevés qui le pénalisent. | ||||
