| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | Year 1905: Italian immigrants decide to start commercial activities in Paraguay, they started with rice and coconut oil. In December 1928 they decided to work in AGROINDUSTRY. La Felsina guarantees organic production under the required standards, through the Internal Control System. The Company is dedicated to the Organic sector: Sugar Cane, Sugar and Molasses. They provide their customers with healthy, natural and good quality products, taking care of the environment. Social Responsibility is an assumed commitment. They have identified as interested parties: Their employees, suppliers of raw materials, ASOCACE, the community of Guarambaré and the Dequení and Conin Foundations. In 1998, the Organic certification was awarded to all the producers of the organic program under the E.U. Seal. In 2.010 is obtained the Fair for Life Certification, certified by ECOCERT. Currently LA FELSINA has the main certifications, and produces quality sugar. It provides work directly to 308 employees and indirectly to 300 families.
