Certification for fair trade and responsible supply chains
Impact, special achievements & commitmentsThe company EcoSo Dynamics cc has been established around 2004. The basic guiding principles were gained through an in depth knowledge of the management philosophy called Holistic Management™. In a holistic concept, this means that true sustainability is only possible if social, economic and ecological actions are aligned and in total simultaneously sustainable. The name "EcoSo Dynamics" is born out of this paradigm. "Eco" standing not only for Ecology but also fro Economy and the "So' standing for the social aspects. "Dynamics" because these three aspects always stand in relation to each other and have to be managed. For these reasons, FFL comes as a natural consequence since the human resources should be respected to its fullest intend. EcoSo's principles are to build capacity, wealth, respect, self-reliance and confidence in order to work with enthusiastic, self motivated and happy people. In FFL, EcoSo is working with two independent producer groups.
