Your application form will be used to generate a quote based on a variety of factors.
By signing and submitting the quote to the CB, you enter into the contract of certification with the CB, composed of; the Terms and Conditions; the Certification Process document; and the standard and any other documents to which it refers.
By signing the quote, you commit to:
- comply with the Fair for Life or For Life scheme requirements;
- agree to annual audits scheduled by the CB and provide access to all the sites, premises, data, processes, procedures and personnel;
- agree to any additional audits and other investigations that the CB may deem necessary; and
- whenever needed, provide and update data required for the certification.
