The Production Operator is the central player in the field.
It may be a producer organization, a company under contract or an individual farm engaged in agricultural production, picking or handicrafts.
Working directly with local communities, they implement concrete actions to improve the living and working conditions of producers and farm workers, and bring the label's commitments to life on a daily basis.
