As the first buyer in the supply chain, it plays a key role: it undertakes to guarantee a fair price, to contribute to the development fund and to respect forecast purchase volumes.
The Fair Trade Partner can also support his supplier through technical assistance, to strengthen his skills and sustainability.
It is the Fair Trade Partner who markets the ingredients under the Fair for Life label, ensuring a sustainable and responsible partnership.

The Brand Holder is the company or organization whose name or brand appears on the labelled product sold to the consumer.
The Brand Holder plays a key role in marketing Fair for Life-certified products and promoting the chain's commitments.
Through transparent communication, it informs consumers and helps publicize the positive impact of fair trade on producers, employees and the environment.
