Impact, actions & engagements remarquablesPAI is a non-profit export consortium formed by its producing/packing partners. Each Partner has its own packaging and cold infrastructure and are made up of associated producers who have their own production.
PAI together with its packaging partners and producers are located along the Alto Valle del Rio Negro and Neuquen, in the north of the Argentine Patagonia, thus maintaining a strong regional identity.
In PAI, a strict transparency of its operations is evidenced from the managerial nucleus towards the packaging partners and from the same to the associated primary producers, which allows the relationship formed to be based on trust bonds and to last over time, benefiting the whole, compatible with a vision of systemic competitiveness. This is why PAI joined the FFL project.
Its strength lies in the construction of endogenous competences through the transfer of technical, commercial and training information to producers and packers, the adequate combination of tacit and codified knowledge throughout the chain's phases, the permanent monitoring of the activities and transparency in the dissemination of results.
PAI hopes that the FFL project will allow its partners and producers to improve the quality of life of their workers and help the local community. It also aims to achieve continuous improvements in jobs, training staff to improve, year after year, tehir commitment to workers and the community in general.
