| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | VANACOFF FARMERS GROUP since 2013 is working with families/7 small organic vanilla farmer groups, organizational help, agricultural/safety training, protecting the environment, farming expertise and fair trade project for farmers. The farmer group is open to the new training program and they are working all together with compliance and environmental requirement that includes biodiversity. CSR and/or Fair Trade focus and activities: Every one is focused on the new target group for expansion, for profitability, they are 100 % organic system, expanding the organic program with new technology and environment updates. The farmer group is managed by the farmer management team, which is sponsored by VTC. All their supply chain is direct and controlled by the farmer group which benefits every one's profitability and security 100 % purchasing contract. Overview of FFL Development Fund Use and Beneficiaries: Vanacoff has a Fair Trade Development Fund in place and pays an extra amount to the producer operation in addition to the sales price for all Fair Trade products (vanilla) purchased. The use of the Fair Trade Fund is strictly confined to collectively agreed-upon projects such as a vanilla nursery for seedlings by the beneficiaries (registered and certified farmers). | ||||
