| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | Pukka is known as an organic and ethical company, engaging in public promotion of Fair trade principles and supporting the FairWild Fair Trade scheme. “Pukka is universally recognised as a pioneer in supporting healthy living of individuals, society and the environment.” Pukka’s sustainability vision goes beyond minimizing negative impact towards having a positive impact on the environment in terms of a net positive, regenerative impact on people, plants and planet. Pukka puts their employees at the heart of what they do, and look to go beyond the basic Human Rights. The corporate social responsibility is also outlined in the social policy together with policies on wellbeing, flexible engagement, grievance, dignity at work policies as well as health and safety policy. This is also manifested in their employment contracts. In terms of safety at work Pukka is also working with Proud2BSafe, an organisation working with raising concerns about safety at work. | ||||
