| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | EN/FR For several years, RACINES company has made the bet of offering its customers food and cosmetic products from quality organic farming, from Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean. The company works to develop traditional products from tropical countries and has always been a committed player forged on strong values: Promote local productions Participate in the sustainable economic development of small producers and local businesses Promote traditional products from Africa and the Indian Ocean on Western markets Racines Senegal was created in 2015 in Dakar with its own processing and packaging workshop to control the entire organic sector. Today, its range of organic and fair trade Roots products is growing thanks to a close link with its local partners through: Significant technical support to support each actor in the supply-chain and ensure quality products. Financial support is provided to producers for organic and fair trade certifications. Contracts have been signed directly between Racines Sénégal and producers (GIE, cooperatives ...) for the production and processing of bissap, moringa and chilli. Depuis plusieurs années, la société RACINES a fait le pari de proposer à ses clients des produits alimentaires et cosmétiques issus de l'agriculture biologique de qualité, en provenance d'Afrique Sub-Saharienne et l'Océan indien. L 'entreprise travaille pour développer les produits traditionnels des pays tropicaux et a toujours été un acteur engagé et forgé sur des valeurs fortes : Valoriser les productions locales Participer au développement économique durable des petits producteurs et entreprises locales Promouvoir les produits traditionnels d’Afrique et d’Océan Indien sur les marchés occidentaux Racines Sénégal a été créé en 2015 à Dakar avec son propre atelier de transformation et de conditionnement pour maîtriser l'ensemble de la filière BIO. Aujourd’hui sa gamme de produits Racines BIO biologiques et équitables se développe grâce à un lien étroit avec ses partenaires locaux par : Un appui technique important afin d’accompagner chaque maillon des filières et assurer des produits de qualité. Un appui financier est apporté aux producteurs pour les certifications biologiques et équitables. Des contrats ont été directement passés entre Racines Sénégal et des producteurs (GIE,copératives...) pour la production et la transformation de bissap, de moringa et de piment. | ||||
