| Impact, actions & engagements remarquables | | | EN / FR The Terra Nostra project aims to produce organic essential oils starting with essence of lemongrass. The overall goal is to enable society and the community of Avétonou to create additional economic resources from these plants. This will help bring new know-how to the community, generate additional sources of income and preserve biodiversity and the environment. For this first certificate requested, Terra Nostra has set up a plantation of 10 ha of lemongrass with a distillation unit with a capacity of 01 T of lemongrass essential oil per year. Le projet de Terra Nostra vise à produire les huiles essentielles biologiques à commencer par l'essence de citronnelle. L'objectif général est de permettre à la société et à la communauté d'Avétonou de créer des ressources économiques supplémentaires à partir des plantes à essence. Cela va permettre d'apporter un savoir -faire nouveau à la communauté, de générer des revenus supplémentaires et de préserver la biodiversité et l'environnement. Pour cette première attestation demandée, Terra Nostra a mis en place une plantation de 10 ha de citronnelle avec une unité de distillation d'une capacité d'01 T d'huile essentielle de citronnelle par an. | ||||
