The shea nuts are collected by 160 women from 3 villages around Kombissiri. These women were trained in organic farming to collect and process shea nuts to obtain organic shea kernels. The women involved were also made aware of the rules of fair trade. They adhere to the production of certified organic nuts and fair trade nuts, through the signing of a contract. Decisions on the use of the development fund are made at ordinary or extraordinary general meetings. The purchase price of almonds from collectors is set respecting a guaranteed minimum price which is at least 10% higher than market prices. In addition, almond collectors are equipped for the most part with work shoes and gloves suitable for collection. The butter is then produced at the center in Kombissiri by 30 women. A 3-year basic contract is signed with the main customer and the annual order is conditioned accordingly and exported at the request of the customers. Work by women at the processing center is carried out in accordance with the rules of fair trade production which prohibits all forms of discrimination, the work of minors and requires a respect of rest periods and conditions of hygiene and safety at work.

Les noix de karité sont collectées par 160 femmes de 3 villages situés aux alentours de Kombissiri. Ces femmes ont été formées à l'agriculture biologique collectent et traitent les noix de karité pour obtenir des amandes de karité biologiques. Les femmes impliquées ont également été sensibilisées aux règles du commerce équitable. Elles adhèrent à la production de noix certifiées biologiques et commerce équitable, à travers la signature d'un engagement. Les décisions d'utilisation des fonds de développement sont prises en assemblées générales ordinaires ou extraordinaires. Le prix d'achat des amandes auprès des collectrices est fixé en respectant un prix minimum garanti au moins 10% supérieur aux prix du marché. De plus, les collectrices d'amandes sont équipées pour la plupart, en chaussures de travail et en gants adéquats pour la collecte. Le beurre est ensuite produit au niveau du centre à Kombissiri par 30 femmes. Un contrat de base sur 3 ans est obtenu du client principal et la commande annuelle est conditionnée conséquemment et exportée à la demande des clients. Le travail par les femmes au niveau du centre de transformation est effectué en respectant les règles de la production équitable qui bannit toute forme de discriminations, le travail des mineurs et exige un respect de temps de repos et de conditions d'hygiène et de sécurité au travail.
