Certification for fair trade and responsible supply chains
Impact, special achievements & commitmentsEN/FR

The OLVEA Vegetable Oils subsidiary offers a wide range of vegetable oils and specialty ingredients from conventional or organic supply-chains. These products are intended for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and agri-food industries. OLVEA Vegetable Oils is committed to promoting sustainable development, not only by respecting the environment, but also by bringing real value in societal and economic terms to the actors of its eco-friendly sectors. In order to reinforce OLVEA's commitments as a committed company and echoing the new CSR policy written at the end of 2017, the management entrusted a dedicated team to set up and monitor the CSR approach in the Olvea Vegetable Oils subsidiary. It is structured around six themes: governance, the environment, local development, customers, economic performance, relationships and working conditions. The goal set for the year 2018 is to have an action plan established and follow-up put in place with the people involved. The FFL certificate of organic first refined shea butter, first refined shea butter and virgin sesame oil is the continuation of the initiative initiated by the subsidiary OLVEA Burkina Faso.
