Mr. Lucky recognizes the importance of safe, healthy and happy communities. Their deep commitment to Mexico, it’s people, and future generations is why they implemented several civic programs not focusing on only specific issues, but also over-all wellness:

Community:
- Support to develop schools and classrooms.
- Product donation to local Food Banks that support lower income families.
- Support for building public parks and community gardens.
- Support to build medical clinics within communities for accessible healthcare.

Environment:
- Utilizing drip irrigation: saving 70 % more water.
- Organic Agriculture, crop rotation, and organic compost to reduce chemical fertilizers.
- Natural Alternatives: Alternate methods of pest and disease management other than chemicals.
- Solar pannels that generate part of the production facility.
- Recycled cardboard used for packing, and biodegradable plastic bags.
- Research investment for continuous improvement while managing natural resources.

Education:
- Continuing education programs for the workers in coordination with the National Institute of Education for adults, from literacy to junior high.
- On site child care for employees children, from 1 year and up to 4 years of age. Child care is also provided for children with special needs up to age 6.
