Social Impact & Special AchievementsSODIPEX SARL develops a fair, transparent social policy and fair trade relations as an integral part of its development plan. This is based on improving the working conditions of its own workers, as well as those employed by independent members of the organization. Based on these considerations, SODIPEX has been committed since 2014 to the process and has been certified according to the Fair for Life standards. So for the first year Sodipex to proceed with the setting up of an infirmary that supports all the players of Sodipex. Granting of the Rainforest Alliance premium to producers, support to a maraiché woman's group, donations of sports equipment and garbage at the primary schools of Fapaha and Nanzinékaha.
Use of Fair Trade PremiumFor the 2016 crop year they have achieved an overall tonnage of 2,636,900 Kg. Meeting with producers, harvesting technicians and employees on 08/09/2016 to present the amount of the FFL premium: 1054600 ie 4.10 CFFA/kg net, transferred to the FFL account. Total expenditure: 1.550.000 FCFA. Total available: 20.355.568 FCFA. The Ministry of Construction is in the process of obtaining the building permit for the dispensary as soon as possible. A local dispensary for the health benefits is planned.
