Certification for fair trade and responsible supply chains
Impact, special achievements & commitmentsAs a company rooted in cocoa, Theo Chocolate’s mission is to create a more beautiful, compassionate and enduring world by responsibly making delicious and inspiring products for everyone. Our business model is based on the core idea that chocolate can be made in a way that allows everyone in the bean to bar process to thrive.

Theo Chocolate is committed to equitable and transparent practices across our entire supply chain. That is why all of our ingredients are carefully screened and third party verified to ensure they meet our standards for social and environmental responsibility. We made a commitment from the start to know exactly where and who we are sourcing our cocoa from, building great relationships with the farmers we work with in both Democratic Republic of the Congo and Peru. Fair for Life premiums have been used by these communities to construct schools, health clinics, pharmacies and a local university.

Every Theo Chocolate purchase directly supports the livelihood of 6,500 cocoa farmers and their 35,000 family members each year, enabling them to send their children to school, feed their families, and reinvest in their communities.
