The certification decision is based on:
- the audit report, containing your proposed Corrective Action Plan,
- proof of the corrective actions you implemented, and
- other related documents.
Positive certification decision
You will receive your certification documents from the CB.
Negative certification decision
The CB informs you by letter and identifies the reasons. You can apply for a new certification process beginning at Step 1. Application.
In any case, positive or negative decision: Any costs incurred (e.g. manufacturing, printing labels, etc.) in anticipation of a certification decision not yet issued are under your responsibility and cannot be supported by the CB.
